Hi everyone, Im new to the forum and I hope this site with your support can help me. Im 22 years old and dont really know what Id be classified as. I tend to fast or restrict hard core for days or weeks at a time, but then lose all control and binge for a week or weeks at a time. Its a vicious c ycle. I dont purge my food either b'c I dont know how. I've tried and I know thats not smart to get started doing, but sometimes it would be nice to know I could have that option. So basically I just sit with tons of food in me and do nothing about it but get depressed and angry at myself. So Frustrating!

Hello everyone, I just got accepted today and am so excited! Not only am I excited about that but Im startin day 2 of my fast of water/diet drinks and so far so good. I am curious though, are there any particular rules to fasting? Obviously you dont eat, but what about juice or something like that.. liquid cals?? I dont know. I also heard you could eat low sugar fruit if necessary and to prevent binging. Here's my stats

GW:115 or lower...by Christmas:)
PS- I also heard you can lose like 10 lbs in 5 days with fasting, how freakin' great is that! lol
